Frimley Reserve Park Playground, Hastings

This project was a refurbishment of an existing playground, with the addition of new equipment and upgraded teamturf playground surfacing. The new design incorporated the use of the teamturf Evergreen artificial turf playground surface and our coloured Coolplay turf. It has created a fun and vibrant new safety playground surface over an area of 1,150sqm.

The 35mm Proplay shockpad was used in the critical fall height areas, to meet the NZS 5828-2015 playground equipment and surfacing standards. A wonnderful job by The Hastings District Council who have turned an old and tired playground , into a feature destination area for kids of all ages to get outside and play.
