School Multi-Use Products
Satellite
A 19mm surface designed for low to medium intensity use for private or school areas. This is a straight pile turf that has been used in Primary and Intermediate Schools around NZ for the last 35 years, this is a great entry level turf that will drain well and suit the requirements for most sports.
Challenge
Challenge is a 19mm surface designed for high intensity use. This 19mm pile combined with the high yarn content makes for a long lasting and hard-wearing surface. This surface has similar playing characteristics to the Satellite surface but with 10% more yarn, this turf will provide another 2-3 years of use in most schools.
Probounce COOLplus®
A 16 mm surface designed for ultimate school multi-use area. The twisted yarn fibers and lower sand volume combined with a great range of colours give the court great visual appearance. This texturized monofilament yarn fibre provides a non-directional turf for hockey ball roll and a consistent ball bounce for all other ball sports. It has the exclusive COOLplus® technology designed to lower the temperature of artificial grass by up to 20% compared to other grasses without COOLplus®.
Elite COOLplus®
An 18mm texturised monofilament surface designed for the ultimate sports performance at the highest level. Designed to provide a soft surface with proven ‘dry play’ performance for hockey and superior underfoot traction for netball and basketball. Certified to FIH, ITF and World Netball international Standards. Includes the exclusive COOLplus technology, designed to lower the rising temperature of artificial grass by up to 20% compared to other grasses without COOLplus.
Signgrass® Play Inserts
Signgrass® playing elements can be incorporated into artificial grass at schools, playgrounds, childcares and public areas such as council parks and recreational areas.
There are hundreds of standard designs to choose from to incorporate into your new turf project, alternatively custom made designs can be manufactured using your school logo or branding.
With the standard ‘Fun & Play elements’ you can create bright and colourful playing areas that are great for playtime, challenging the imagination of children and enhancing the outdoor classroom for teachers. The textured fibre in combination with a short pile height results in high definition, detailed images.
